We will never ask for credit card, debit card or charge card information by email. You will only be asked for payment details on a page where the url (web address) starts https:// and the golden padlock is displayed at the bottom right of your browser

There is no spyware installed on this site, we cannot scan your computer for personal information nor would we wish to. Details of the items you add to your shopping cart or wish list are retained for up to three hours so if you continue to browse this site after adding something to your wish list or shopping cart those items are not lost during that time. If you leave the site without buying or or without sending your wish list those details will "time out" in up to three hours.

Certain contractors may have such access to information you provide as is needed to fulfill their contractual obligations to us. Such contractors will include from time to time credit card processing agencies, computer and information technology suppliers and others concerned with marketing, banking and security issues. Contractors are not allowed to retain information for their own activities.

Web servers record numbers of pages and pictures accessed for pricing (to us!) and maintenance issues not personal information on the visitors to them.
